Subscription Terms
Last updated 8 August 2026
These terms cover Xfin subscriptions. They sit alongside the Terms of Service. Xfin is provided by Xfin Technologies Inc., and "we", "us" and "our" mean Xfin Technologies Inc. throughout.
Note: pricing and trial length are shown in the app at the point of purchase, and the App Store screen is the authoritative version. If anything on this page disagrees with what Apple shows you at checkout, Apple's screen wins.
Billing goes through Apple
Subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases and billed by Apple to your App Store account. We do not take your card details and we cannot see them.
Free trial
- If a free trial is offered, the length is shown before you confirm.
- Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.
- One trial per Apple ID. Apple decides eligibility, not us.
- Starting a trial on a new plan may forfeit the remainder of an existing one.
Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
- Apple charges your account within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Renewal continues until you cancel. There is no separate notice from us each time.
How to cancel
Cancelling is done in your Apple account, not in Xfin. We cannot cancel it for you.
- Open the iPhone Settings app
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Choose Xfin, then Cancel Subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, or that period will be charged. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, at support.apple.com/billing. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase directly. If Apple declines and you think the situation is unfair, email us and we will do what we can.
Price changes
If the price rises, Apple notifies you and asks for your consent before charging the new amount. Your subscription will not renew at a higher price without that consent.
What happens if you don't subscribe
Your data remains yours. It stays on your device, and you can export it from Settings at any time, subscribed or not. We do not hold your records hostage.
Restoring a purchase
Signed in with the same Apple ID on a new device, use Restore purchases in Settings.
